7. Delivery Issues

Delayed Delivery

If your order doesn't arrive within the specified time, please wait 24 hours before contacting us. Weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

Damaged Products

Please inspect products upon delivery. If damaged, inform the delivery person immediately and do not accept the package. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Failed Delivery Attempts

We make up to 3 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the package will be held at our warehouse for 7 days before being returned to sender.
